Terms of Service

1. Account

You confirm your details are accurate and that the phone number and email are yours. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. One account per phone number.

2. Orders and prices

Prices are in Egyptian pounds; totals are calculated by our system at order time. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong, and will inform you.

3. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Transfers are confirmed by the restaurant before preparation.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel while the order is in receipt or management review; after preparation starts, contact the restaurant.

5. Points and membership

Points, tiers and benefits are set by the restaurant and may change. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. Membership cards are personal and device-bound; report lost cards to the restaurant.

6. Acceptable use

Misuse, accessing other accounts or placing fake orders is prohibited; we may suspend violating accounts.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the last-updated date is shown at the top.
